Terms and conditions

These terms apply when you use patrikastore.com or buy from it. The store is run by Patrika Store (company registration in progress) ("we"). When you buy, you agree to these terms.

What we sell

Digital wedding invitations: video invites, invitation websites and PDF cards, made from our designs with the details you give us. Prices are on each design page and on our pricing page.

Your account

You sign in with a code we send to your email. Keep access to that email safe: anyone who can read it can open your account. Everything you buy is saved in your account.

Your details

You are responsible for the names, dates, venues and photos you give us. Give only details and photos that you have the right to use. We may refuse or remove an invite that is unlawful or offensive.

Payment

You pay in Indian rupees through Razorpay. We do not see or store your card or bank details. An order counts as paid only when Razorpay confirms the payment.

Using your invite

You may share your invite with your guests in any way: WhatsApp, social media, email or print. The designs and artwork stay ours. You may not sell them, or use them for another event or another person.

Refunds

See our refund and cancellation policy.

Limits

We work to keep the site and your invitation website online, but we cannot promise that they never have a break. Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes and law

We may change these terms. The version on this page applies from its date. These terms follow the laws of India, and the courts of India decide any dispute.
