Privacy policy

This policy tells you what Patrika Store (company registration in progress) collects on patrikastore.com, why, and who else sees it.

What we collect

• Account: your email address, and the sign-in codes we send to it.
• Orders: your name, phone number, what you bought and the amount.
• Wedding details: the names, events, dates, venues, photos and text you put on your invite.
• Guest replies: the name, phone number and message each guest sends through your invitation website.
• Use of the site: a random visitor ID kept in your browser, which designs you like and share, and how much of a preview you watch. We use this to improve the catalog. We do not use advertising trackers.

Why

We use your details to make and deliver your invites, to show your guests your invitation website, to sign you in, and to answer you. We do not sell your details.

Who else sees it

• Razorpay handles payments. They get the details a payment needs. We never see your card or bank details.
• Our email provider sends your sign-in codes.
• Cloudflare carries the site's traffic.
• Your guests see what you put on your invitation website, through its link.

Cookies and storage

We set one cookie, to keep you signed in (it lasts 60 days). Your cart, your wedding details while you edit them, and your visitor ID are kept in your own browser.

How long we keep it

We keep orders for as long as the law needs for our accounts. You can ask us to delete your account and your wedding details at any time.
