Questions

How long does personalisation take?+

Most invites are ready within 24 hours of receiving your details.

Can I ask for changes?+

Yes. Every order includes two rounds of edits.

What is a website invite?+

Your own invitation link: guests tap a wax seal, the envelope opens, and they see your names, photos, the programme, a venue map and an RSVP form. You see every reply.

What formats will I get?+

Video invites come as MP4; cards come as a high-resolution PDF and a JPG for WhatsApp.

Is this checkout real?+

Not yet. This is a demo store — orders are saved but no payment is taken.
